This site is a collection of all eski’s mixes and music, so do have a good click around and listen to the variety of other sets on here too. The eski Facebook page is also very active, so come on over and say hello there too.
For those who haven’t heard of eski before, I’m a DJ and producer based in Singapore. I play a lot of trance, but I’m also partial to techno, house, and any other music with a bouncy beat and a bumping bassline.My Kinguyakkii radio show goes out every week on ETN.fm - the time it airs depends on your time zone, so check this page to see when it’s on in your country. And if you’re wondering what Kinguyakkii means, it’s the inuit (eskimo) name for the Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights.
The mix above is where the Kinguyakkii series all began. It was recorded live using some lovely, crackley old vinyl, so it’s not as smooth as my most recent mixes, but the tunes more than make up for that. It’s still one of my favourite ever mixes, and a glorious exploration of trance nostalgia.
